Discover UPPER CANADA VILLAGE, where you can step back in time over 130 years to experience life in a bustling 1860s community, set on the banks of the St. Lawrence River in Ontario East, Canada. Your trip will take you through numerous farms, artisan shops, churches, homes and businesses and you will meet a host of colourful characters from the past along the way .

Meet countless fascinating townsfolk who re-create the past in this living, working 1860's village. There's fun for the entire family - travel along the street in a horse-drawn wagon, take a boat ride on the canal or get acquainted with some of the friendly farm animals at Loucks farm.

Upper Canada Village is open daily from mid-May to mid-October from 9:30 am to 5:00 pm. The Village is located approximately 1-1/4 hours southeast of Ottawa, 11 km east of Morrisburg and 24 km west of Cornwall on County Road No. 2 (formerly Highway No. 2), exit 758 off Highway No. 401.
