Boldt Castle
A magnificent six-story, 120-room Rhineland-style Castle located on Heart Island in the St. Lawrence River. Accessible by water taxi, tour boats and private boat, the castle is open for self-guided tours from mid-May through mid-October. The five-acre island is fully handicapped accessible, has complete restroom facilities, extensive docking for private boats, several picnic areas, a gift shop, and a food and beverage concession.
Boldt Yacht House
Constructed by George C. Boldt, the same design as Boldt Castle. The featured exhibits include antique boats, three of which were originally owned by George C. Boldt, and all of which are on loan from The Antique Boat Museum in Clayton. Access to the Boldt Yacht House is available by shuttle boat from Heart Island.
